  7. Woops! I made the assumption that you spoke Spanish as your answered Simonetta - but yikes, now I see that she was commenting in Italian!! I do speak Spanish, and once a lot more Italian, but I usually DO know how to tell them apart!! Anyway, more to the point... in English - wonderful inspiration!!

  8. Valerianna - ha, ha. That shows you just how bad I am at foreign languages! I did a Google translation and it thought the line was Spanish and translated it accordingly.

Thank you for your kind words!

  9. Mamabeaks - I'm thrilled that the necklace and crown go together so well and will be great with me pale toned gown.

  10. Cecilie - Right you are...depending on fabric choice it could be delightfully opulent or more organic and woodsy. Hope your own gown is coming along nicely.

  14. Love the jewelry with moonstone. (I'm wearing a cabochon moonstone pendant at the moment.) For some reason, looking at your story board made me think the gown should have a border with a motif of two oak leaves with an acorn between them embroidered in gold thread around the neck line.

  15. Bohemian - always a pleasure to wander those shops you feature! The necklace and crown are by friend Jen Parrish over at Parrish Relics.
