Dawning of the new

At the end of each year, I try to think of a theme or affirmation to apply to the new one. Last year was not one of my best – punctuated with almost a year of cat health issues, poor productivity and even worse mindset. There were, of course, shining moments to keep me sane and hopeful.
For this year:

I wish each of you a wonderful, productive and happy year.

  3. I think everybody had a lousy year last year. I know I did. Hopefully this year will be a better one. I hope this year I will not have to spend every waking moment in front of this 'puter trying to get enough work to make a living. I want to get back to sewing and jewelry making and some of my other creative pursuits which I have sadly neglected of late. Who is the artist of your new header? -- I like the theme --

  10. WOL - I think many of us who are self-employed had a difficult 2010. The artist is Edwin Austin Abbey and this is a photo of a large print I have in my bedroom from his Holy Grail mural series (at the Boston Public Library).

Hermes - shiny and new, yes!!!
