  1. Certainly the costumes look good and Anna is a good actress. I remember seeing her early days in Brookside and thougt she would go far.

  2. Hermes - this movie offers a good "alternate" view of her life taking into account the prevailing superstitions, religious/political climate at the time. Not as ghastly or Gothic as I thought it would be. She is truly fantastic in it.

  3. Oooh, I need to see this. I love Anna Friel, she is so pretty. I loved her so much in "Pushing Daisies." How I miss that show...sigh.
